The room contains 1 double bed which could sleep a couple, a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and giant windows. You can lock the room door, and there is plenty of storage space with a lock so you can leave your belongings in a safe place while you explore the city. The kitchen is fully-equipped, containing a stove, oven, sink, microwave, refrigerator, cooking supplies and utensils. The entire apartment is supplied with toilet paper, paper towel, dish washing soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. The bathroom is broken up in to two rooms - one with a shower and another with the toilet. There are two washing machines and a large washing sink located upstairs.
The flat has high-speed WiFi internet access in every room. The building is old but it has been remodeled. There is an elevator, but you probably won't use it much since the apartment is only located on the second floor.
The location of the apartment is on Benediktska street, nestled quaintly between Old Town Square and Namesti Republiky. This particular area of town is filled with fun and interesting things to do and see. There are bike tours, walking tours, river boat rides, and other fun stuff located within walking distance. Letna Park, which has a beer garden overlooking the city, is just across the river and up the hill. The grocery store is a 30 second walk and there is a 24 hour non-stop convenience store located down the street. There are two large shopping malls located a minute away.
Domovní řádNo smoking or pets are allowed in the apartment. The residents in the building range from international students to retired folks. Please be courteous, respectful and keep the noise level moderate, especially late at night. I live upstairs and I'm happy to tell you about cool events and local places to go. Also, if there are any issues, you can just knock on my door.
Please don't lose the keys. They are high-security special keys. I will ask for 20 Euro each if they are lost

The Flat was clean and Vincent and his assistant Lindsey are very friendly! She told us everything we need to know about the flat, the house rules and Prague itself.
The flat is large enough for 9 people but you need a bit of time management to get all 9 people through one bathroom with the only toilet in that flat.
For the breakfast we need to carry all the tables and chairs in one room so that we can launch all together because there is no real kitchen. And if you like to drink coffee you should better bring a coffee machine or at least a filter holder! Using a coffee filter inside a sieve is funny but need a lot of time and intuition ;-)
However, for that price I think the flat is fair enough for 4 stars and I really liked the close location to the center of Prague!
Thanks for the nice time!
Very nice and helpful host; great location! well, value for money
Friendly, good communication.
The flat is next to the city, 10 minutes by walking.
This accommodation is in a super location and we were warmly welcomed by Vincent. However, all in all we felt that this place wasn't in the spirit of wimdu, and it was nothing like as good as we've come to expect of wimdu. We didn't mind sharing bathroom and kitchen, but these communal facilities were in a poor state. Dirty crockery, broken tiles in a toilet which was situated in the kitchen area and had no hand-washing facilities, a shower head that had to be hand-held... I could carry on. And there's little point in exhorting people to keep areas clean if there's no plug in the kitchen sink or even a washing-up bowl. We also missed any means of making coffee - not even a filter! So all in all a disappointment in spite of the potential of this accommodation.
The flat itsself is located in a beautiful old house. The rooms are very big and equiped with a large table, which comes in handy as you cannot dine in the kitchen. You share the flat with another group of 2-3 people (two bedrooms in total). We don't mind that in general but nearly everyday our flatmates changed, so they did not really treat the bathroom and toilet very well.
This is probably one of the major issues in the flat - it's not very clean and also it might be a good idea to exchange the shower curtain...
The elevator is very practical because the flat's on floor 6.
Lindsey, who welcomed us, gave us some good advice and was very friendly.
Right in front of the house, there's a tram station which runs all night, a close hospital (a lot of ambulances) and by night there's also regular cleaning machines. This makes it impossible to sleep without earplugs or anything similar.
It's extremely noisy - that you should really bare in mind before booking.
All in all, it's an affordable place in Prague but don't expect too much comfort.
A clean and quiet room, really close to the Old Town
The apartement was in a great location with easy access to all the great parts of Prague but. The accomadations itself were comfortable and basic. Could have been a little clearner.
Very nice stay! A bit noisy from the street, but nice and clean appartment. Hosts are also very nice and helpfull! Even organizing some activities.
The apartment is unbeatable located right in the heart of the city. About 10 minutes walk to Old Town or other attractions.
We rent the whole apatment and the bedrooms are big, one with balkony!
Apartment is simply equipped but clean. Only negative things were the beds. Most of them have have thin and bedsore mattresses. The price was higher than normal, but it was ok for us for this special time (over New Years Eve)!
All in all it's a well located, clean alternative for a hotel...and Vincent is a very nice and keen host...he explain everything pleasant!
The location of this flat is very very good! The old town square is only a 10 minutes walk away, and also the train station isn't far away.
In the flat you can find everything you need for a short trip to Prague. Some things in the flat are broken, but that isn't a big problem.
We we're there at New Years Eve, it was a very great time!
Our highlight was the family firework of Prague at the first of January.
We thing that the price of 300€ per 3 days was a bit much, but around the time of New Year's Eve it was really okay.
All in all we can recommend this flat with the best host - Vincent!
Thanks for hosting us, we will come back to Prague!
