The apartment is surrounded by Prague’s fascinating historic center and represent an easy access to wonderful architecture and to the nightlife of one of the most beautiful European capitals in the world.
Prague’s age-old nucleus develops along the banks of the Moldau river. The upper part of the city is dominated towards the West by the presence of the Hradcany neighborhood, center of political power and home of the wonderful castle. Inside its walls rises the striking Saint Vitus Gothic cathedral.
Going southwards, you’ll stroll amongst buildings in Mala Strana built during the end of the 18th century, admiring, beyond the river, the Old Town. It is the heart of Prague, dominated by Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance buildings; Old Town Square preserves the extraordinary Astronomical Clock Tower, the twin belltowers of the Tyn church and the splendid church of Saint Nicholas.
A short distance from your apartment in Prague, Wenceslas Square (Venceslao), filled with Parisian type boulevards, has arcades and domes of the National Museum. You’re at Nove Mesto, the hub of the city’s economic life, the area for shopping and banks. Strolling in Republic Square you will not forget theart nouveau of the town hall and the beautiful glass dome of Sala Smetana, location of prestigious concerts.
Do not forget to visit the Jewish Quarter, Josefov; its synagogues, the Jewish Cemetery and the town hall, with its counterclockwise clock, have remained intact during the course of centuries, the only case in Europe.

Overall we found the accomadation overpriced for what we got.
Apartment is large and located in a relatively good location. It was clean but very sparesly furnished. Change of sheets and new towels after 3 days was welcome.
Bedrooms were under the roof and even when it rained and cooled off, bedrooms were very hot at night. Therefore airconditioning in the bedrooms in summer would be desirable, on hot days essential. Internet was available but had problems and to get decent reception one often had to stand in front of the office. Shower holder was broken and even though we reported this on first day and were promised it would be fixed the next day, it was never fixed during our stay. Breakfast in neighboring building was plentiful, but was in the basement, which was very dark because only half of the light bulbs worked. Women who provided breakfast were rude. At exactly 10:30 we were told we had to leave immediately. Normally food is removed when breakfast closes but one can remain until finished eating. We would not book this apartment again.
Very good informations about everything. Very nice apartement, clean and cosy with air condition. A little closed parkingzone - safe but you couldn't get your car out whenever we wanted to, but we have to make arrangements about it with yhe host the day before.
Thank you Francesco for your kind hosting.
It was a very nice apartment within a top central location which I definitely can recommend. As I said we enjoyed staying there.
Apartment and service was very good. The only problem is the limited volume of boiler, which makes jacuzzi unusable (unless you want to catch cold).
Very nice place, perfectly located in the city, the owner is a really nice, warm and welcoming person.
The apartment was really good for a bigger group of people (6 people). It had two bedrooms on the second floor, a spacious living room, an open kitchen, and two bathrooms. The apartment was located close to the old town, which was really helpful for tourists since everything was within a walking distance. The customer service at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a great Czech restaurant, Ufleku, on the next block, which we recommend warmly. Price-quality ratio was thus excellent. However, we would hope that there would be a clearer guidance to the breakfast room, which was located in the adjacent building's basement.
The apartment was clean and very central, which is convenient when you're spending a 2 days week-end in the city center. Breakfast is included and is ok (from 7:30 to 9:30).
However, we were very disappointed by several things. The room was not exactly matching the pictures : we had 2 single beds instead of a doble bed. A shower instead of a bath. And we could hear the neighbor snore from the room below us.
Reception was closed when we arrived (they close at 6pm every day and we had organized with them a pickup at the airport to get the keys).
So we couldn't change room, and when we left, they didn't ask if our stay had been ok or not: they don't care ...
Too bad, they could more welcoming !
Great big flat in right in the center of Prague. Met all our expectations and the host was very nice and friendly.
I was surprised positively. The room is cosier than on the pictures and everything's nice and clean.
Our car had a good parking place in the inner courtyard of the building (in an area where parking is nearly impossible for tourists!).
But we had problems to find the reception.
The apartment was good enough for our 3 nights stay in Prague, being located at a walking distance to the old city center and close to various shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated, having new furniture. The breakfast was good enough to start the visiting day in Prague, although relative small amount of options were offered.
We had a very unpleasant surprise regarding the reserved parking place: the backyard of the building allows parking of maximum 3 cars, but there were already 4 cars parked in, as we arrived. To park, I had to drive through an extreme narrow entry and turn the car to 90 degrees on the spot, without having enough space to do it. Our contact, Francesco, became very upset and impolite, as I stopped trying to park the car after 20 minutes of moving it back and forth without any visible progress and also allowing him to show me that parking is possible. His offer to bet on 50 EUR that parking is possible, I didn’t accept...
In case of a successful parking, the expectation is to let the car key with him, so that he can drive it in and out, eventually several times a day, whenever somebody else needs to drive in or out.
Finally I had to park my car into a public parking place for 1.600 KC ;-), an unplanned amount of money for our vacation budget in Prague.
