This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is a 10 minute walk from the city via The Domain and right in the heart of the vibrantly historical Woolloomooloo suburb with fine dining, casual restaurants and cafes as well as picturesque alfresco dining along the length of Finger Wharf.
Located on the third floor in a corner position, this stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has views to the CBD, Botanical Gardens, Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge from the living room and balcony.
Relax and unwind on the terrace balcony and enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor table setting. At dusk, witness the migration of the flying foxes as they leave their nests in the Botanical Gardens in search of food.
On hot days enjoy a swim in the pool, take a dip in the spa or meditate in the sauna.
Take a five minute walk to any one of the four bars or stroll along the Finger Wharf to watch the boats or dine at one of the famous outdoor restaurants. If it's just a snack you are after, try a chunky, Aussie meat pie at the iconic celebrity eating spot Harrys Cafe de Wheels located just 100 metres away.
The apartment is walking distance to the city, Kings Cross, Botanical Gardens, Opera House and The Art gallery. Sydney Cricket ground and Football Stadium, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay Ferry terminal are just a short ride by car.
The apartment has a large stylish kitchen with ample bench space. The kitchen contains quality inclusions of dishwasher, cook top and oven, microwave, full size fridge and all kitchen ware.
The living and dining area is very spacious and features a flat screen TV, CD and DVD player.
If you are driving or renting a car, the apartment has secure parking for 1 vehicle.
This apartment has two large bedrooms. Main with king-sized bed and second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The bathroom is hug with separate shower cubicle.
Laundry facilities include a front loading washing machine, front loading drier, iron and ironing board.
All rates include electricity and Internet connection.
Please note that there is a minimum booking period from 23rd December to 2nd January. We cannot accept bookings with arrival or departure inside these dates.

Communication was fine but didn't confirm until the last minute that we could collect the key at the apartment. To be honest if you want to do this, which I would recommend, then sort it at time of booking as recommended. Although apartment is small you will not get a better location than this. Perfect for staying downtown and reasonably quiet and felt very safe. Overall very enjoyable stay and would stay again.
Nice apartment , very clean and comfortable. The view is great . The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, but with many bars and restaurants close from the residence.
The room was adequate for our stay and the views were certainly stunning! We could have done with extra towels as we were there for over a week!!

Location is great, apartment is definitely overdue a refurb. The apartment is carpeted in all rooms except kitchen and bathroom and there are unsightly marks and dubious stains over much of it, particularly in the sitting room and second bedroom; so bad I took pictures. Plastic furniture on balcony and general air of lack of care everywhere; we found it a depressing place to be, especially compared to the place we stayed in San Fran through that other well known agency (air**b) that does not charge guests nearly as much for the booking. My advice; find your place through them instead and save yourself some money.
We viewed the apartment very highly when we chose it, and we was not disappointed, it was found very clean, and details to comfort was well thought out

I realized that I had to go to another place to collect the key after I arrived the accomodation. The owner said that he already gave me the email to inform the imformation.but I have never get the email. I SWEAR!!
AND YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA as cleaning fee.
It has been pleasurable to stay in this apartment which allowed us to have a great holidays. The balcony opens on a quite street which is very pleasant for a meal in fresh air. The air conditioning is quite and effective and the glass sliding door sound proof. so city noises hasn't been an issue.
The gym is well equipped and with a sona room. The pool and spa were very cold (sept) and the BBQ out of order.
Make sure you address all your enquiries at Wundu as you are not clients of the building management team. We were supplied with linen for 2 even we had booked for 4 guests.
Overall, good value for money.
Close to transport and many parks, lovely bakery around corner and convenient store with internet.
Very clean & good location. Only problem was setting timer on oven as power had been off. (Push first two buttons and last together)
Would consider staying here again.
