Popis
The pension is located in a ground floor apartment in front of a partly restored tenement house in a quiet side street. The apartment was lavish renovation in September 2005, specially converted to accommodate guests. Our guest room has its own mini kitchen with sink and hot water, 2 hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, and DBVT TV. To continue: 2 beds, wardrobe, shelving and dining area max. 5 people.
In the vicinity there are the typical scene of Friedrichshain-bars, small shops selling food and beverages, secondhand goods, stores for gothic and punk. At the bakery around the corner, you can have breakfast from 6 clock, Saturdays and Sundays from 7 clock from 8 clock. The ring-center load in the near Frankfurter Allee and many other shops for a shopping spree. If that's not enough to drive the U-Bahn line 5 only 6 stations to Alexanderplatz with its many shopping centers and from there take the S-Bahn to Bahnhof Zoo, where on the Kurfürstendamm with the KaDeWe and many other shopping malls to spending spree may be forfeited.
The journey to the pension either by public transportation to the U-and S-Bahn station "Frankfurter Allee" and from there to the ring center at the pharmacy over three minutes on the right foot through the Jessnerstrasse to Scharnweberstraße and then to Müggelstraße.

Hodnocení
Netter unkomplizierter Gastgeber, ruhiges freundliches Zimmer in der Nähe vom S-und U- Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee. Für einen Wochenend-Kurztrip, so wie wir ihn hatten zu empfehlen.
Sehr zu emphehlen das Zimmer von Wolfram. Netter Kontakt, sauber, gute Lage und top Preis. komme gerne wieder ;)

Alles super geklappt. Das Zimmer ist sauber gewesen.
Wir haben über Silvester 2012/2013 zwei Nächte bei Wolfram gebucht. Die Buchung über Wimdu lief ganz problemlos, die Bestätigung kam prompt und das Geld wurde bereits bei Buchung (3 Monate vorher) komplett abgebucht. Als wir am 30.12 ankamen, erfuhren wir von Wolfram, dass er das Zimmer doppelt vermietet hat und das Zimmer bereits belegt sei. Er bot uns in einer anderen Unterkunft ein Zimmer an. Der Standard dieser Unterkunft lag unter dem gebuchten Standard und war sehr muffig, laut und hellhörig. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir können daher nicht empfehlen, bei Wolfram zu buchen.

also wir waren sehr zufrieden.Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens geklappt.Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen, da die Fenster Richtung Hof gingen.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist o.k. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen :)
